The writer's cottage has a single bed & desk. 2 miles of private association beaches look out to the Elizabeth Islands & summer sunsets. 2 large docks for swimming boating, 2 tennis courts, & miles of walking trails on 1600 acres of land.

Other things to note
The barn house and writers' cottage are seasonal; i.e. not centrally heated. Off season the listing sleeps 9, and in the summer it sleeps 14.
