This unit is located in the heart of beautiful Santa Monica.
This spacious 1 bedroom unit has high ceilings and has no shared walls for peace and privacy.
The unit comes with a kitchen with a gas range stove, full sized fridge and built in microwave.
There is separate sitting area and dining area.
The sitting area is large and includes a sofa and a flat panel television. The tv has hulu and netflix.
There are 2 queen size beds and an entire closet for guests.
The spacious bathroom has a tub and shower.
Basic breakfast items can be provided.
The safe neighborhood is great for walking and exploring, but for those who have a car you may rent my resident parking pass to park in the area.

The unit is located on a quiet street with a view of the ocean from outside. It is situated 2 blocks from Montana Avenue, a short stroll down to the pier and close proximity to 3rd St. Promenade and Main St.
Walking is best -- so much to walk to on Montana Ave, 3rd St, Main St, Ocean Ave....

Great place, very spacious, walking distance to all the Santa Monica bars & restaurants. Erika was very prompt in all her communication, would definitely stay here again if I'm back in LA.

Erica was very helpful in getting us paperwork prior to our stay. Note that you have to pay extra tax on Paypal over and above what Airbnb charges, which I'm told is standard for LA but didn't know ahead of time.
The place is the ground floor corner unit next to the parking garage below an apartment building. It doesn't get a ton of natural light. But it's huge and offers plenty of space. We had a bit of trouble with upstairs neighbors noise on the weekend but otherwise it was mostly very quiet.
Location-wise, it's pretty close to the beach, though not as close as you'd think looking at a map -- you need to walk over a pedestrian walkway and staircases so it's maybe 10 mins.
Parking is a bit of a pain in the area, it was generally near-impossible to find a spot within the next few blocks. But a parking pass is provided in case you find one.
Overall a good experience but not sure I'd stay here again.
E is lovely. She is super responsive via text which made questions and accommodations super easy for me. The place was clean, the instructions on how to get in where clear, and the neighborhood was really pretty. You are literally right next to the Santa Monica beach and Bungalows (hip outside night lounge). My stay was made very easy and it felt like it went way too quick. The permit parking pass was also so clutch! I would definitely house at any of E's places again :).
One of the best locations in Santa Monica. You are steps away from the water and there is so much that you can do in walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean. It's was very spacious, so you don't feel like you're in a sardine can like at a hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future!
We had a great stay at this place over the new year. We had a problem with the plumbing on the first night, however, El was quick to respond and get out maintenance to fix this problem. Otherwise, it was located in a great position close to the pier, beach and third promenade. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
