Thanks for the feedback Rossella. I accommodated you with the time of your choice to check in since you said you were already in Dublin, and you came with 3 bags and a huge suitcase that is over 140 litres and those did make the room space a little bit tight. I helped you all I could and tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible, provided many snacks and drinks, guide books and maps, and introduced the city to you. You said that since you’re already here for a few days so no need for my recommendations.

There was a problem with your old laptop and I spent 40 mins that evening trying to find a solution and fix it for you. Even though my work was so busy however you said that you were trying to find a job in Dublin and I went through a list of interview questions with you plus interview tips in my spare time so I’m sorry you felt that was not enough communication for you. On the last day you left the apt, the duvet and bedroom were left in a bad state, the slippers were totally torn, also you broke my lamp without telling me until I asked and I did not complain or ask you to repair it, so I really think I did beyond what was expected. Those are also the reasons why I did not leave you with a bad review in case it is hard for you to find accommodation in the future. Anyway wish you the best of luck in Dublin.
