Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Komfort, Sportmöglichkeiten und einer tollen Gastgeberin. Jederzeit wieder und für den Preis eine super Empfehlung.
I stayed at Zahra's apartment for 3 days while on a girl's trip with one of my best friend.I didn't get to personally meet her but we kept communication for the entire time i was there via (website hidden) friend got to chat with her and thought that she was very nice. Her place was very clean, quiet and a delight to be (website hidden) was located 2 blocks from the subways that took us straight into the city.I was very happy with my overall getaway.
Zahra seems like a really nice person. The apartment is very very nice. She delivered all information for getting there in a timely and detailed fashion.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Zahra's spacious Brooklyn apartment with its lovely garden patio and many amenities: rooftop lounge, exercise room, game rooms. Great location near 2 subway stops- one just one block away. Zahra is an accommodating host as is her charming roommate Maria and her 3 friendly cats. Beautiful stainless steel kitchen available to prepare breakfast and Zahra provides the food.
I had a great stay in Zahra's lovely apartment. Everything is exactly as pictured. The apartment is comfortable and stays clean. She does have 3 cats but they are super friendly and sweet. The building is new, has a 24hour doorman, so many A+ amenities and you have access to it all. Not to mention if you are staying long term like me, neighbors are super cool and we sometimes get together. On top of such a nice building, Zahra is easy going, friendly, kind, caring and a very warm fun person to be around- which all make for an excellent host!
The neighborhood may seem sketchy at first with unsavory characters but I never once had a problem with anyone. Even as a female walking home from the train late night (4am) I was fine. With that said, the location is convenient only a QUICK two blocks from the 2 and 5 express trains which go straight into Manhattan. The 4 and 3 are also a very short walk away. And you have buses all over to easily take you to other parts of Brooklyn. You won't find a wine bar or cafe (Dunkin Donuts doesn't count to me haha) in the immediate neighborhood but a 15 minute or so walk to Franklin Ave has a health food store, coffee shops and restaurants/bars for some fun. I've had a lovely walk down Eastern Parkway (passing Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza [has a wonderful farmers market]) to the nice Park Slope area many times for a latte, good eats or a glass of wine. You can always hop on a train and go to Carroll Gardens area- Court St has cafes, restaurants, a Trader Joe's, movie theater etc And of course now there is the Barclay's Center and if you get a chance check out the BAM Theater for great events.
I recommend this place for anyone who wants to come and visit NYC and go home to a luxurious safe building in chill Brooklyn after being around tourist ALL day. I loved it so much I stayed months pass my Airbnb reservation. Zahra is an awesome roomy to have should you stay long term!
Zahra was a pleasure to have as a roommate. She was very accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. Her apartment is beautiful and the building itself has a lot of amenities to keep you busy including a pool table, a fitness center and a gorgeous roof top patio. My only issue with this apartment was the friendly felines. Although I did know that there were three cats in the apartment, I didn't know the allergies that I would develop. It became a little hard to be around them because I began developing a rash. Also, their cat hair was everywhere, which made it hard to enjoy the space to the extent that I wanted to. But other than that, this was a great place to spend my summer!
