Comfy bed for better sleep

The memory foam mattress and room-darkening shades are loved by guests.
Take in endless views of the ocean walking up to this quaint cottage. Here, the pace is leisurely – sip coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise, and swim in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound just outside.
We make changes yearly! A new marble bath was just installed! Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat, mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, biking, and more. You will be at peace and filled with serenity staying here on Cape Cod. Can't wait to host you!

The space
We recently painted the whole cottage. We installed room darkening shades throughout. We purchased a new pullout loveseat that sleeps one with a memory foam mattress, if you bring a small child or need an additional bed. Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat. Not far away is mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, the Cape Cod Rail trail, bike, and boat rentals. Easy access to the mid cape to get to the outer Cape or the mid Cape Highway. Perfect area to take walks or to stroll on the beach!

Guest access
There is a huge deck that may be shared by a few other cottage guests where you can grill, eat out on, or lay in the sun on one of the lounge chairs! The beach is directly out front over a walking bridge! There are two beach chairs and an umbrella to use!

Other things to note
We happily provide sheets, dish towels, bath towels, 2 beach towels, coffee for a drip or keurig coffee maker, and basic essentials.
