Interaction with Guests
I live across the street from the house, I will be there to check you in and check you out. I will be available to give you tips about area attractions, activities, restaurants or if you have any question about the house.
Is a cul-de-sac road, so very little traffic. There are only 8 houses in the neighborhood, it is very private, quiet and safe, away from the tourist bustle and traffic of downtown Manuel Antonio. Lots of nature and wildlife around the property, all kinds of birds, visits from 3 types of monkeys: squirrel monkeys, howlers and capuchins; occasional sloths also visit.
Downtown Quepos and its bus station is a 15 minute walk away from the property, although the way back in is uphill. Public Taxis reach the property and you can call them in from the house phone.
