  • My friend and I had a great stay here. Our room was on the ground floor in the back. Looked just like the pictures and was totally clean when we arrived. Javier was MIA the whole time, but Michael, the onsite manager, was helpful. The location and price were perfect for us—an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, and 4-5 minutes from a lot of restaurants and shops. Wifi worked well and there was plenty of storage. All in all a perfect beach vacation spot. Only thing, which wasn't an issue for us, was that the couch didn't seem to be a pull-out couch. Perfect for 2 people, but not sure if 4 would work so well.

  • I was staying in the apparment for one month.Really enjoyed. Michael, the manager, was very helpful. Place had all I needed. Didn't like ikea towels and bedding. Would stay again for sure!

  • The flat was as I expected, delivered as described, the location was great (close to the beach but in a quite street), michael was very hepfull and I had a good time in Miami. Realy recommend this place, unless you have an elder or a disabbled person on your travel group, because there's no elevator. But that was not a problem for us, even with the heavy luggage.

  • Another satisfying stay! Me and 3 other friends stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at 3 suites with no problems. Javier accommodated our every need as soon as it was brought to his concern.Early check in and having my party occupy the same floor requests were facilitated with no fuss. As usual great location close to the clubs/lounges on Washington, the Mall on Lincoln, shops and dining on Collins and Ocean. Definitely will stay again...til next year!

  • Very smooth process getting into the rental unit. One little isse was that there was no pull-out couch as indicated, however, this was solved the very next morning and a pull-out couch was brought in.

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to everything that South Beach has to offer. Would definitely stay again and recommend Javier to my friends.

  • We LOVED our stay. It was clean and minimalist and very modern in a perfect location. They even had a new white crib set up for our little one. Perfect location - steps from all the action but a nice quiet place to rest when you need it. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We even got to park for free!

  • A group of friends and I (college students) stayed in #C202 and #B202 for a week on Spring Break. The apartments are very beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Upon arrival, the communication lines were open, and I could always reach Javier, Robert, or Jolanda. There were a few issues on the first two days: #C202's door lock would not work, bulbs were not working in the living room, and in #B202, the electricity in the bed room was out for an entire day. Although these were minor set backs, they were fixed within a day of communicating with management. Last but not least, the walls are really thin and we received a "noise violation". The doors here do not close lightly on their own, so I do recommend holding the door until it closes completely. If you are a group of loud college students like us, this is definitely not the ideal apartment to stay in. For the remainder of the trip, we literally had to whisper so that others could not hear us. Overall, Miami was great and this location is not far from the beach at all!

  • Pros: Good location, extremely low price for what it offered, newly remodeled. Seemed like a step up from a hostel or low cost hotel of the same price range. Can't complain for the money—we paid less than $100/night due to weekday reservation. It was also quiet while sleeping, which is hugely important to me, and a huge bonus for those that like to get some good sleep, but like being a quick walk to the beach, lincoln road and Flamingo Park.

Cons: Water pressure low and hot never got that hot, they are still adding minor kitchen items (didn't have as much as we would have liked in the way of cooking utensils: spatula, cork screw, etc..). Upon arrival we asked for an additional towel (only one was supplied). After 4 days, the towel never came—not a huge deal, but something to improve on. All ikea items (beds, mattresses, kitchen items, etc..) I do wonder if this place will hold up in an year from now.

This place it probably best for people in their 20s or 30s who are on a budget, but who still like to have an aesthetically pleasing place to stay. Yep, there are some drawbacks, but more for savvy travelers who require more, and as a result can afford to spend double what this place costs. Javier was very easy to communicate with. I appreciated his flexibility.

  • An excellent place to spend a few days rest, I felt at home. A quiet place for rest and yet very close to sites of interest. My goal was to run the marathon in Miami and the place gave me tranquility, relaxation and fun too. I recommend it 100%
