Our stay at Lawrence's place was great. We got the keys after hours and the process was a breeze. His place was also nice… though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. We would love to stay again!

The place is great! The place is equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by the management company was great too! Only concern is when the windows are open it can get a little bit noisy because of the highway, but totally tolerable.
I ended up not even staying in the condo. I didn't ask for a refund after reading the strict policy since I assumed I wouldn't have gotten one. I chose this condo because I was told walking to river run village wouldn't be a problem since it is so close. It's over a mile away off a busy highway with no good way to walk to or from. I was also told there would be a bus that would also be an option. I saw no bus while I was in keystone. I also had to wait an hour to pick up keys. It was my choice to not stay in the condo but I was also mislead on how far away it was the main part of town. Needless to say my first airbnb experience wasn't successful.
sorry you did not have positive first experience with using airbnb. i try to be very honest and clear when communicating with potential guests. but in this case you never asked anything about walking to river run, walking was never brought up in our messaging. i said it is less than a mile, and it is. i said there is a free bus available and there is. i dont think i was at all misleading about the distance to river run
Awesome place, definitely worth the value. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Only wish I had more time to explore the area!
Everything worked out great with Lawrence's place. We booked on really short notice, and Lawrence was able to accommodate us quickly. The place was really clean, and it was a breeze to pick up the keys from the mgmt office. Overall, good experience!
Nice place close to Keystone. Lawrence and the management company made sure the keys were available after hours. I'd stay here again.

About the Host, Lawrence
Originally from NYC, I have also lived in Atlanta, and Oakland. When i travel I am most often in Vegas, NYC, the CO mountains, or the SF/Oakland/Tahoe area.
In winter I'm out snowboarding and smiling. In summer its flip flops and bikes. Hiking, camping, yoga, wine, movies and music are my biggest interests. I just got scuba certified so i hope to start heading to places with warm water and clean beaches, the only thing Colorado doesn't have!!
I work as a chef and I own a liquor store, too.
My home is decorated with screen prints from Rock bands.
Thanks for taking a look and enjoy my home while you are in Colorado!!
Im happy to give you some travel or dinning tips when you are here, but tend to stay out of your way and let you set your own pace.
