On the 2nd floor and facing south it was built brand new in 2000, it has gas fireplace, balcony WITH views of the mountain, covered parking, indoor pool, and is a very close walk (even with gear) to the high speed chair lifts at "Mountain House" base area.
Incredibly easy walk to restaurants, rental shop, bus stop and the liquor store. What else did you need?
Keystone is a great, family friendly, year round resort and also has an amazing terrain park, a new gondola, snow cat skiing, hike-to terrain, big bowls and steep chutes, ski school and groomers. Not to mention NIGHT SKING!! as well as golf, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, festivals, confrences, dining, yoga, spa....
Very near Summit Stage (public bus system) stop to take you to other towns and the nearby resorts of Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mountain and A-Basin.
you can walk to mountain house or take bus to river run
Depending on weather the drive from DEN airport could be easy or an all day disaster. Do not make time sensitive plans.
Consider taking a shuttle. Once you are up in keystone its easy to exist with out a (rental) car.

This place was great. Pleanty of space and just as described. Would love to return.
Clean and spacious condo in a very convenient location in Keystone. The shuttle to the slopes is steps away. Plenty of space for four in the condo, and a great kitchen for cooking at home. A few restaurants are also steps away. We had a great time here!
The listing was accurate and everything was as Lawrence said it would be. We had no problems finding the place or getting our keys. The location is great, it was right where he said it was and is a great location for taking advantage of everything at Keystone. It sits in the middle of both base camps and is a 2 minute drive. We would stay here again without any questions.
The condo was exactly how it looked in the photos. There were only 2 of us, so it was like having our own apartment and we loved the fact it had a full kitchen with every utensil you could need. The living room area was very cozy and we found ourselves relaxing there after a day of exploring.
There was no air-conditioning, but fans were available and the windows opened easily so we could sleep comfortably at night.
On our way to check in, we were detained and Lawrence was very helpful to make sure we'd get the key with no problems. When we picked up the key, there were clear instructions on how to find the condo. (That was very important since it was late at night and we were both exhausted from the drive.)
We'd recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a longer stay & want all the comforts of home. We did take advantage of the exercise room and the pool area as well. It was nice to wake up to a dip in the pool and the hot tub. We also needed to make use of the convenient laundry room that was on the same floor. Laundry soap was supplied as well as every thing else we could possibly need for our stay... including lovely smelling papaya soap & shampoo... the small things can really make a difference.
The condo was in a perfect location for attending an event at the Keystone Conference Center. Only drawback was the road noise from trucks coming off Loveland Pass. As it was hot the windows needed to be open- but I remedied most of the noise with a fan from the closet. The unit was clean and well equipped and convenient to everything.
Thank you for sharing such a nice place with my wife and mother-in-law and I. We had a great time and we were close to family and friends that stayed nearby. The place was clean and the communication between us was quick, clear and concise. We made sure to leave it as clean as we found it and enjoyed our stay.

Originally from NYC, I have also lived in Atlanta, and Oakland. I travel all the time. I am most often in Vegas, NYC, the CO mountains,or the SF/Oakland/Tahoe area.
In winter I'm out snowboarding and smiling. In summer its flip flops and bikes. Hiking, camping, yoga, wine, movies and music are my biggest interests. I just got scuba certified so i hope to start heading to places with warm water and clean beaches, the only thing Colorado doesn't have!!
I work as a chef and I own a liquor store, too.
My home is decorated with screen prints from Rock bands.
Thanks for taking a look and enjoy my home while you are in Colorado!!
Im happy to give you some travel or dinning tips when you are here, but tend to stay out of your way and let you set your own pace.
