Beautiful cozy custom timber-frame guesthouse in a quiet country-residential neighbourhood. The deck offers a private view of Yukon wilderness and a stunning mountain view. Back deck has direct sunlight from before noon until sunset.

The space
Cabin is just finished as of end of May 2019! Custom woodwork throughout. Made of oversized locally-milled Sitka Spruce logs from Alaska. Canadian Maple flooring in bedroom, kitchen/dining/living room. Heated ceramic tiles in bathroom and arctic entry. Extremely well insulated to keep you warm and comfy all year. Fully stocked kitchen with basic amendments ( Coffee, tea, spices, flour, sugar etc. )
