BUS LINE 102
Line 102 operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Line 102 provides service to the following destinations: Redondo Beach Pier and Waterfront, Redondo Beach Civic Center, Redondo Union High School, Beach Cities Health District, South Bay Galleria, North Redondo Beach and the Green Line Redondo Beach Station at Marine Avenue.
BUS LINE 109
Line 109 line operates Weekdays and Weekends from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and provides service to the following locations: Redondo Beach-Riviera Village, Redondo Beach-Waterfront, Hermosa Beach-Pier Avenue, Manhattan Beach Pier and Downtown Manhattan Beach, Manhattan Village Mall, El Segundo and Downtown El Segundo, Plaza El Segundo and the LAX City Bus Center.
Municipal Area Express (MAX)

Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority provides public transportation in Los Angeles County with 200 Metro Bus lines and four Metro Rail lines throughout the County. If you tell them your departure location and your desired arrival destination, MTA will come up with a schedule that works for you.

***As fellow house renters, we realize the importance of a good nights sleep. All our rooms have new beds with high-thread count sheets. We use bedbug protective covers on our mattresses so that you and I can sleep safely.***
QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guest shall be entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right. Guest also agrees to respect neighbors and will not cause disruption of neighbors.
NUMBER IN PARTY: Number of people staying on Premises must be indicated and confirmed on contract and not exceed maximum number of people allowed as indicated in the contract. Evidence that the number of people staying on the Premises exceeds number indicated on the contract may result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.
PARTIES: Gatherings, including guests, which exceeding maximum number of people staying in our home must be pre-approved and noted in our contract. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and care should be taken and polite consideration given to neighbors so that their peace is not unduly imposed upon or disturbed. Guest is responsible for all visitors in this regard, whether occupying the property or “dropping by" for a short visit. Evidence that parties have been conducted without pre-approval will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit.
FILMING: Absolutely no filming or large crews in the house for security and safety reasons.
NO SMOKING POLICY: No smoking of cigarettes or cigars is allowed on the property. Evidence of smoking on the property will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit.
DANGEROUS MATERIALS: Guest shall not keep or have on or around the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the risk of fire or explosion on or around the premises or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible insurance company.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
PETS: Guest is NOT allowed a pet on the premise.
WATER AND GARBAGE – We ask you to please use water minimally due to California drought issues.
There is one Black trash bin and one Blue recycling bin to the left of the house. Please try to dispose your waste accordingly.
ELECTRICITY AND HEAT -- We ask that you please remember to turn off all lights when not using them, and use electricity and heat on an as-needed basis.
This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable California law, hereby waives and releases any claim that Guest now or later might have against Owner and Owner's employees and agents, regarding the construction, design, maintenance, repair, or condition of the premises negligent conduct of Guest, Guest's employees or agents, or any activities that take place thereon or therein. Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable California law, Guest hereby assumes the risk of harm to Guest, Guest's personal property, and Guest's agents and invitees in whole or part arising from or related to any of the foregoing causes.
