Pili and her husband were very friendly. The house and room was spotless. I would defiantly return
This house is a good place for exploring Dingle & Kilkenny.
Very nice, friendly hosts. Clean, comfortable room.
We had a seperate room with our own toilet & shower.
We were only in Tralee for one night, we arrived late and left early - so our interactions with Pili were pretty minimal. However she was very enthusiastic and welcoming, and she recommended a great pub (which served some of the tastiest food we ate in Ireland).
The house was very nice, and the kitty was adorable.
Pili and Sheamus were ideal hosts. The house is set-up wonderfully for guests. We highly recommend their home. Our only downside to the stay was a bit of vehicular noise at night, but, that would certainly not keep us from returning again and again.....
Yes, Pili really is the host with the most! From the moment she greeted us (with cool refreshing drinks after a long, hot drive) until we left a few days later, we were welcomed, well-cared for, and felt at home. Pili provided recommendations to wonderful nearby restaurants; she even suggested a falconry demo for a unique activity. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, restful; and we appreciated the private bath. A perfect place to stay for exploring Dingle and Co. Kerry. Hoping to return!
Pili is lovely, friendly host with a great home. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Even though we only stayed for one night we felt very welcome. Thanks Pili!
Pili and Seamus have a beautiful home on a Main Street in Tra Li. We parked in back and were immediately shown our room, offered tea or coffee or water. We were pleased to accept some water. Seamus was most helpful with planning our trips to Dingle Peninsula where he is from. We appreciated his advice on restaurants for dinner and the map that he printed out to guide our adventures down the avenue. Their kitten salt lingered outside our window for some time. She is a beautiful and affectionate kitten who purred the minute she joined us on our bed. Pili loves jigsaw puzzles and has many that she has completed framed and on display. They are a good natured couple.
Pili and Seamus were so friendly and helpful. It was like being a friend-guest in their house - we chatted over breakfast in the kitchen and I even got some kitten-love from their little 1 year old cat. The bed was comfortable and warm, and the room was quiet. They're also well situated for exploring all over the south-western part of Ireland - Dingle peninsula, Killarney, Kerry, etc. They also saved me driving on my way north by recommending the ferry across the Shannon. A wonderful place to stay with wonderful people.
Our stay with Pili and Seamus was very brief, as they were returning from Spain the night of our stay and we were exhausted from touring towns and villages all day. The next morning Seamus was incredibly helpful in guiding us towards Sleigh Head Drive and Dingle (which ended up being our favorite day of our entire trip!) The room was lovely and the en-suite bathroom was nice, however hot water was somewhat missed during our stay here.
Semus the husband of the host Pili was lovely and helpful with info on sights etc as this is profession. Though we felt Pili not a welcoming . The room was clean and warm we just keep very much to ourselves after feeling this is what she wanted. ,,
