Steps to the Beach. Spacious, user-friendly, and comfortably accommodates 7 guests. Sand & surf just steps away from your door. Perfect destination for a family vacation. Living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area. 2 bedrooms upstairs - one with a Queen bed & one w/ 3 Twin beds plus a sofa bed in large upstairs great room. 2 bathrooms, TV's, WIFI. Breezy lanai. Laundry room. Short commute to major venues, theme parks, airports.

The space
The lovely view of the greenbelt and nearby beach access is visible from every room. Two permitted parking spaces will allow guests to park on the side of the home plus there is ample free public parking spaces all along the greenbelt right outside. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen, equipped with all major appliances plus toaster oven and coffee maker, is stocked with cookware, bakeware, flatware, stemware, dishes, towels, most popular spices, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The home is sparkly clean and has comfortable, clean beds with fresh linens, soft towels and toiletries in the bathrooms, plus extras for your convenience.

Sunset Beach is perfectly situated in a less populated beach community where the beach is yours. It is never over-crowded. Sunset Beach is where neighbors still greet each other, where strolls on the greenbelt are a common and daily occurrence, where you are never too old to get over your love for surfing, where people in small shacks and large castles live together, where dressing down is perfectly fine, where at least 25 restaurants offer a vast array of cuisines to suit any taste, whether its the 24/7 Harbor House Cafe, Woody's Diner, Sunset Pizza and Italian, Brix, Ohana, Romano's, Junior Tex Mex, Tsunami Sushi, and the 5 Star Captain Jack's. The Sunset Beach House is central to an endless variety of dining, shopping, entertainment and recreational activities.
