Interaction with Guests
My home has a split-bedroom plan that affords plenty of privacy, but I am always happy to socialize with guests. Your choice! I have lived in the area for 40 years and will be glad to share my knowledge.
My home makes a perfect base camp for exploring all of Central Florida's fun spots. Although situated in a quiet neighborhood it is is only (per MapQuest):

Treat my home as you would your own and enjoy your stay!
Wir waren 2 Nächte bei Linda. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön. Es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir durften auch die Garage und das Wohnzimmer nutzen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
@Linda: njoy iceland!
This residence is truly an experience. Designed and built by our charming host, we enjoyed our beautiful room, the private bath, and our informative chats with Linda. We shared some laughs, got advice, and were free to enjoy the beautiful bay area, beaches, shopping and restaurants.
Nothing rattles Linda! Sandy bath towels, jeans that need a little wash, or Key Lime pie we could not fit in our fridge. She's fine with small challenges.
We miss Tampa Bay Area already, and will probably be back!
Linda was a wonderful host who went beyond the call of responsibility. She picked us up at the airport on time and is quite friendly. Her home is everything she advertised and then some. She provided many little treats that made our stay quite enjoyable. Her home is lovely and has many interesting art and other objects.
Linda's L'Eden en Ville is a great option when visiting Tampa. She made me feel welcome and her pictures and descriptions are accurate. The room is cozy and the bed is particularly comfortable. I slept well both nights. There is a walk-in closet, where you can put your belongs, and the closet also has a refrigerator that she stocked with orange and apple juice among other things. The location is ideal for Tampa and she even kindly allowed me to park my car in her garage. There are gas stations, a Publix, and many restaurants all within a short driving distance. I recommend staying with Linda during your next Tampa visit.
Linda was a welcoming host and very accommodating. Her home is lovely. I would recommend staying at Linda's.
Linda was the best. My fiance and I stayed at her lovely home for Gasparilla, the pirate parade, and had a great vacation. Her place was very close to everything we wanted to visit. The bed we slept in was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was great accompanied by many bottled waters, which kept us pirates very hydrated during the festivities. Linda was an excellent host, and her home "felt like home."
We enjoyed our stay at L'Eden en Ville very much, Linda was very welcoming and L'Eden itself is beautifully appointed and has everything you could wish for. Linda very thoughtfully provides beverages and light breakfast-makings in the room's converted closet ("larder") with a fridge, microwave, & coffee-maker. The South Tampa neighborhood is quiet and all amenities are within an easy drive.
Besides my family and artwork, traveling is one of my greatest passions and I have been lucky enough to take a trip abroad every year for the last 8 years. It is also my good fortune that my friend Laura's husband will not fly, because she is my excellent travel partner. We love staying in bed and breakfasts because it affords a real opportunity for meeting the people of the region we are exploring. I have recently decided to "pay forward" all the wonderful hospitality I have received in Bed and Breakfasts around the world by opening up my guest room to fellow adventurers!
P.S. Je parle quelque Francais & Ich spreche nur ein bisschen Deutsch.
