245 square foot tiny house located in Glenville, NC with kayaks! 2.5 miles from public access to Lake Glenville, 5 miles from Cashiers, and 1.5 miles from Sawyer Family Farmstead. We are less than 30 minutes to Highlands and Western Carolina University. Vaulted ceilings give an airy feel to the small footprint of the cabin. The bedroom is cozy with a queen bed and original artwork by my husband. The kitchen has a tiny stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The space
This is a very tiny house with a queen bed, kitchen and bathroom. In front of the cabin, there is a swinging bench. We have added a window a/c unit in the bedroom.

The cabin is on a short driveway with a business, a rental, and a private residence. All of the buildings are close together. It is located on the main road in Glenville, NC. The public boat launch on Lake Glenville is 2.5 miles away. There are a few business nearby that do rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks for lake. Cashiers is 5 miles away, where there is an Ingles grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Highlands is 30 minutes away. There is a lot of great hikes in the area: High Falls, Panthertown, Whitewater Falls, and Whiteside Mountain to name a few.

We have four tiny cabin and our residence on our property. All are close together. We are located on a busy local road, and there is some road noise and people noise.
