About this listing
In a very spacious cool loft, you will have the access to a master suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, a nursery with 2 cribs, and 2 awesome bathrooms. 30 minutes from Manhattan, South Park Slope is the place to be, with plenty of local activities.
The apartment, just two flights of stairs up on the 3rd floor, has three bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms (the master bath has been described like a "spa retreat"), and a lot of space to cook, eat, and play.
You will also have full access to a laundry room with a washer & dryer and drying rack as well as a big open kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
Interaction with guests
We will be away while you're here, but will work with you to ensure you have the keys and any instructions/directions you may need. We also have many friends in the neighborhood who can be your point of contact were you to need anything.
Other things to note
BEFORE booking or inquiring, and especially if you do not already have positive reviews, please make sure you complete the verifications (especially the Offline one), and share something about yourself and what brings you to New York City.
Welcome to our home. We hope you notice we have given it a lot of tender loving and care and we hope you will do the same. Here are some things to keep in mind:
1. To find the master suite, make a right as you enter, and walk through the kitchen. The other bedrooms are on the opposite end of the apartment, just past the living room.
2.There is high-speed wireless internet throughout the apartment (strongest signal in the living room.)
3.Feel free to use any of our kitchen dishes, silverware, and glasses, and to store food in the refrigerator. All we ask is that if you dirty anything, please wash it and put it back or put in the dishwasher (except for our sharp knives and nice glasses which need to be hand washed.)
4.The laundry is the 2nd door to the right past the dining room. Feel free to use the washer and dryer as well as the drying rack.
5.If you want to watch TV, please refer to the instructions behind the universal remote (it looks more complicated than it is!)
6.Please remember to keep the front door locked. It does not lock behind you, so you will need to lock the top lock when you enter and leave.
7.When you check out, please take the sheets off the bed and leave them in the white hamper in the laundry room. If your towels are dry, please do the same; if not, feel free to leave them in the bathroom. Leave the bedroom as you found it, and the keys on the dining room table. If all looks good, we will return your security deposit within a week of your checkout.
8.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us or call us.
9.Refer to the neighborhood guide with our favorite places marked. If you discover any we should add for our next guest, please let us know!
