You’ll love our prime location on the mountain-just a 3 minute walk to the Gondola. New kitchen & bathrooms, modern furnishings, comfy beds (King/Queen/Twin over twin bunk) queen pullout sofa, flatscreen TVs+ private garage, fireplace, outdoor patio, AC, pool, hot tubs, winter shuttle & more! We manage our own condo so you won’t pay pricey management fees!

The space
This condo is located in the exclusive complex, the Phoenix at Steamboat, just across the street from the Gondola/mountain base area with easy access to restaurants, stores and great outdoor activities!

We have a Master bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with a separate Queen bed and Twin over Twin bunk bed. In addition, the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed. There are two newly remodeled full bathrooms.

Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and everything you need to prepare meals. We take great pride in keeping our kitchen up to date with lots of “extras” you rarely find in a rental condo.

Our place was recently upgraded with brand new bathrooms, a new fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and modern living room furniture and a brand-new 55" smart TV with DISH satellite service, including a variety of premium channels and Netflix/Roku capabilities.

There are so many amenities included in your stay--a beautiful onsite club house with pool, hot-tubs, sauna and gym. There are also BBQ grills located by the pool, available for your use year round.

During ski season, you won’t need a car for the entire time you’re here because included in your stay is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up right at our front door. You can get a lift to the slopes or virtually anywhere you want to go in town, including grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and more.

We have a heated private garage for one mid-size vehicle and covered parking available for a second vehicle, first-come-first serve. The garage is the perfect place to store your ski gear in the winter, and in summer bikes and other gear!

We are one of the few condos in Steamboat with AC in all rooms and a private patio with access to a shared yard! You get all of this and more, making our place one of the best value condos on the mountain in Steamboat. We love Steamboat and have lots of great suggestions for hiking, biking, fishing, and more!

We are located on the mountain right across the street from the Gondola. Just a four minute walk and you are there! We are also within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars at the base of the mountain. You can’t beat this location.

We are excited to be living our dream of owning a place in our favorite community of Steamboat Springs. That’s why we’re calling this property our Steamboat Dreamboat!
