Upstairs apartment over 2 car garage, 740 square feet on 5 acres of woods. We, as owners are right next door, on same property, though we are out and doing our own thing most days.

Enjoy the tree deck in back for an early morning view of wildlife, or late evening drink. Underneath are swings for the kids, and a fire ring for an evening fire. Also available is a bbq grill and picnic table.
Other things to note
There are 10 golf courses within 30 minutes of this place; and KY Dam Marina is just 4 miles from here.
