Brooks place was great. Getting in and out was easy, and he was easy to reach. The place was perfect for our needs, and in a convenient location.
This was a great house for our group. Loved how clean it was, and how close it was to everything. We had 7 people and it fit us all comfortably! Will love to stay here again the next time we make the trip to Austin!
Brooks was a very good host and responded very quickly. The house was very nice and had lots of character. As it turns out it could have been a little cleaner as there was some dead insects around different parts of the home, as well as moth cocoons in one of the bedrooms. The grass was not cut but this was not a huge issue as we spent most of the time inside or around the city. The air condition was not a strong as we would have liked it but then again this is an older home. With that being said one of the toilets in the hallway had issues flushing. I did let Brooks know about my concerns and he was very apologetic and accommodating. If I were to plan another trip to Austin, I would definitely give this spot another try before I make a definitive decision.
Brooks was very easy to work with. He was willing to allow my colleagues to stay under my account. Very nice place, no complaints.
Everything was exactly as described. Neighborhood is nice and quiet but easy access to SoCo and downtown. Provided our group with exactly what we needed. Brooks was very responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great experience in Austin for the X-games and vacation. The home was as advertised and suited us nicely. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and hope to do it again in the future. Our group was very pleased with the provided accommodations.
