All I can say is, “WOW!” Wow to the family’s great, sincere and genuine outreach and WOW to the place they offered to stay.
The place is annexed in their beautiful home but separate enough to have your own privacy. The entrance offers a spectacular view of the Parana River and as you walk further to the right takes you to a very spacious cabana like area full of lounge chairs, plants, flowers, table and very spacious.
They gave me a house key and I explored the nearby neighborhood, took a walk along the river and stopped at some shops. Lucky for me, I arrived on a weekend and they also took me to the ruins with a very minimal token for their fuel. I was able to do my sightseeing with comfort, ease and expedience. Prior to all this, they made every effort to reach out to me and communicate with me before I arrived where, again, they picked me up from the bus terminal AND dropped me off when I left. Now I feel like, this is what I do to my guests and they must have seen me so they are doing for me.
This is a real home where you can truly feel you can come home. Overall, I highly recommend a stay with them. Great People!
Ohh !!
Gracias
We had a great 3 days in this neat studio which opened on to a huge patio area. The large windows gave a great view to the river. The room has a small fridge, air conditioning and the shower plenty of hot water. Internet access is dependable and excellent. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area. The location is superb: restaurants, cafes and an ice-cream parlour just a few minutes walk away; a short walk to the grocery store; an easy walk to the central plaza.
Juan, Norma and Mathias are the most wonderful host family. They made us feel very welcome in their home and we especially enjoyed our talks. Juan picked us up at the bus station when we arrived and drove us to the airport when we left. He toured us around Posadas and made sure that we knew how to get to the places we wanted to visit. Juan also guided us to 3 Jesuit mission sites in the area. They are a very special and outstanding airbnb host family.
It was such a pleasant stay with Juan, Norma and their family in their home with a gorgeous view of the Parana River. Juan and his family are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Juan picked us up at the omnibus station and his son Mattias showed us around the town. They helped us to research for the Paraguay Visa application requirements as we planned a day trip to the Paraguay Jesuit ruins of Trinidad and Jesus. Juan and Norma helped to organize the taxi ride for the Paraguay day trip, which made our commute much easier. Juan accompanied us by car to the Jesuit missions of Santa Ana, Loreto and San Ignacio Mini, and he gave us many insights about Misiones although our Spanish is very limited. The place is great and conveniently located, and the room is very comfortable. We enjoyed out stay in this place and thanks to Juan and his family for the great hospitality. Thank you very much Juan, Norma, and Mattias!
Juan Carlos and his family are very kind and friendly hosts. They rent out a room with a small bathroom and a nice view on Parana River. You can use a kitchen and the nice garden. The room is close to the city (10 - 15 min. walk) and surrounded by restaurants and bars at the Costanera just around the corner. A supermarket is located 3 blocks away. Juan Carlos and his son picked us up at the bus station and they gave us a lift to the bus when we left. Juan Carlos is also a very good guide, he shows us the missions at Santa Anna and San Ignacio Mini. We loved the great hospitality of Juan Carlos and his family and our stay in this place.
Juan Carlos and his family are the nicest hosts we have ever found on Airbnb. They are awesome in any way you may thing of.
They like people, and anyone who achieve the luck to be at their home will understand what I'm talking about in a few minutes after arriving.
They enjoy helping you. They enjoy telling you stories about their lives and Posadas area. And they enjoy much more the art of listening. Listening about your life, your country, your thoughts, your culture.
We (my wife and me) left Posadas willing to come back so that we can someday see these guys again and enjoy some good time together.

About the Host, Juan Carlos
Saludos
