Guest access
The first floor studio is completely separate from the main unit above. Everything under the stairs (separate entrance and exit) and back garden is yours to use! We do live above with our family so you may hear us from time to time but just let us know if the sound is ever inconvenient.

We live above the apartment so please let us know if there is an issue with hearing our little ones running around :)
