Fun, open space. Walking distance or short ride share to all major destinations. Pike Place Market, Paramount, Convention Center all nearby.
Located above Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room Nightclubs. (clubs only open weekends/quiet weekdays)

This beautiful, spacious and well equipped loft is adjacent to multiple music venues, restaurants and bars, and comes with free entry to our nightclubs Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room! Kremwerk is rated Seattle's Best Nightclub! Monday - Friday this is a quiet urban reprieve, Friday & Saturday nights prepare to join the nightclub downstairs for drinking, dancing, drag shows, DJs, live music, performance and more inclusive with your stay! Amazing location, within walking distance to Downtown, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union and more! This space is located in the same building as Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room Nightclubs! ****
During the week (Monday - Friday), the space is perfectly located and appointed for ***business travelers and families (though not baby proofed). (internet speed currently 400mb down 300mb up**** Space is very near Washington State Convention Center, downtown Hotels and etc. Less than a mile from Pike Place Market, Benaroyal, Paramount Theater and more! Quiet and peaceful!
Attn Friday and Saturday Only: (occasionally Thursdays)
This space is above a Nightclub and gets LOUD noise and vibrations from that in the space at night, generally Friday & Saturday nights. DO NOT BOOK, if that could negatively affect you. We recommended this space for people who are planning to attend the nightclubs or be out and about until late. The rest of the week it's quiet and peaceful. Be aware that on holidays there could be events. Check the Kremwerk website for event listings. (events can be tba) Do Not under estimate the noise from staying above a nightclub Friday and Saturday nights. DO NOT BOOK and rate down about the disclosed noise on Friday and Saturday. During the weekend when the club is open, this is a ***nightclubbers dream*** stay. Please check the Kremwerk website for a list of events. Events can be TBA as well. There are events around holidays (nye, Halloween). Monitor the Kremwerk upcoming events page to plan around events as they are added to the calendar. There are occasionally less noisy Thursday events.
Space comes complete with Smart TV, free internet, DVD player with small DVD library and a classic Atari game console which includes over 120 original Atari games!
Our guests love the outdoor deck with a fresh herb garden, and many native pnw plant life (as in season). A lovely place to relax after exploring Seattle or staying up late clubbing!
The building itself was formerly a candy factory and dairy hence the name, (built in 1908) and is now home to two music venues, two restaurants, offices, apartments, artist lofts, and your airbnb!
We welcome anyone looking to enjoy Seattle! We welcome all respectful people of any background. Come join in the party in your own reprieve.
Access is up one flight of stairs to the second floor of a 2 story building. Doorways are 36 inches wide. Unit has two steps between kitchen and living room.
Parking not included though there is plenty of paid parking on the block either on the street or in a private lot.
Sleeping arrangements: queen sized memory foam bed in bedroom. Full sized pull out sofa in living room. (futon in photo upgraded to full sized sofa bed)

This is an Entire Place and Not Shared.
Each guest will receive complimentary entrance to both of our Nightclubs, Kremwerk, Cherry and Timbre Room for the length of their stay. (clubs generally open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and certain Holidays)
Other things to note
Not baby proofed. Space does get noise from the music venues at night during events. Might not be suitable for everyone. Please contact before booking if you have any questions. Booking this unit during club events and then complaining about the noise via a review or otherwise is strictly forbidden. You are encouraged to share your experience either way though so that guests can understand the space, but we ask that you only book if you are ok with staying adjacent to Nightclubs. You have been given advance notice. The clubs are open only Friday and Saturday nights currently except holidays like New Year's Eve.
It's our goal that you have the best time in Seattle so if this sounds right for you please don't hesitate to book !
