Located 1 mile east of Sioux Falls city limits.. This gorgeous property is on 8 acres with lots of wildlife and our very own horse. This is a 2 bed, 2 bath home w/three-stall attached garage and has 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed. No central air in the home but has a window AC unit in upstairs bedroom and lots of fans. The basement naturally stays cooler.
The space
Located 1 mile east of the Sioux Falls city limits and minutes from east side shopping and restaurants. This gorgeous property is on 8 acres of scenic rolling hills with lots of wildlife. We maintain the yard. There is a petite grape vineyard, peaceful pond and a sweet horse. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and has 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed & 1 full sofa bed. Price includes all utilities. Infrared sauna available to use, no hot tub available.

(4-wheel drive is highly recommended for the driveway during the snowy season)The entire 8 acres is yours to enjoy during your stay. We have a large pond and indoor/outdoor fireplaces. No pets allowed. A close eye on children at all times since we have so much water on the property. Guests have access to wifi but it is not great out here in the country. There is 1 mile of gravel to the property so expect your car to get dirty.

We are tucked in the rolling hills on the outskirts of town on a gravel road and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we live right next door. Absolutely no pets allowed on the property or in the home. No smoking inside the home. During your stay
We usually don't see our guests but we do live right next door so please reach out to us if you need anything. We give the horse her medicine every evening so don't be surprised to see us at the barn. Feel free to introduce yourself as we do love meeting our guests and answering any questions they have.
