My flat is a two bed, two bathroom new build in the heart of Hackney Central, with easy access to London Fields, Dalston, Shoreditch and Islington and Central London.
It is a homely flat, that’s clean with plenty of light and space and modern furniture. The main double bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite while the second bedroom is used (email hidden), which guests are welcome to use. The open-plan living area has a full kitchen, dining table and an incredibly comfortable sofa for relaxing. It's a non-smoking flat but the entrance is via a communal outdoor space which is perfect if you're a smoker.
There is wi-fi, Sky TV, DVD player, a rubbish stereo (with cable to plug ipods in) and a DAB radio which guests are free to use. Clean linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing-machine for guests' convenience.
The apartment is incredibly well-connected as it’s two minutes walk from Hackney Central station and close to all Hackney bus routes, allowing easy acces to Central London. You can be in Shoreditch, Liverpool Street or Islington within twenty minutes and London Fields and Broadway Market are just a short walk away. There are plenty of pubs and places to eat within walking distance that I am happy to recommend.
Any questions, just drop me a line... Holly x
A well deserved 5 stars!
Holly's apartment is bright, modern and super-tidy, with a cosy and homely feel.
The location is great too, with easy access into all of London, and if like me you love East London you'll enjoy being close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Shoreditch etc...
Thanks again Holly!
Holly (email hidden)e was very helpful in planning before we arrived and was always ready to help while we were here. She even accidentally met us at the tube station. :) The flat was clean, in a great central location, and close to buses and the overground. There was plenty of room, very spacious for my wife and I. We would stay again in a heartbeat the next time we're in London. Thanks Holly!
Very nice place, with convenient amenities and transportation. If you're thinking about visiting London, I'd definitely recommend it.
We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's. We chose her place because it is near to our daughter's. We found the apt clean, spacious and well-appointed. There is a good amount of window light in the front and a walkway/balcony in the back for sitting outside. We lacked for nothing. Holly is a generous hostess and left us welcome essentials and treats in the cupboard and fridge. Graham Road and area is very busy during the day, but not distractingly so, and it gets much quieter at night (website hidden) is extremely convenient for local shopping , and there are several local markets close by on weekends, Broadway Mkt being the largest, and St. John's Churchyard the closest. Between the buses and the Overground , both at your doorstep, you can get everywhere in London that you would like to see, but I enjoy the the Hackney area itself.
Holly's place is one of a set of modern apts within a refurbished older building, so the front entrance was a bit tricky to find from our taxi. The door is right behind the bustop between the florist and the letting agent. Also you should know it is a third story walk-up, but we didn't find the 2 flights of stairs onerous at all as they wide and modern .
We arrived later than expected on the Thursday evening, Holly could not have been more friendly and helpful. The flat was perfect, spacious, very clean, cosy and extremely comfortable in every way: we also had a very thoughtful welcome pack. We were visiting family and were able to entertain them for dinner (everything available for cooking) -they loved it too so we were all able to relax after a very busy day. There is no question that we would stay there again all in all we had fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Holly.
Thanks to Holly for putting up my family while they visited the new addition to our family. They really loved their stay:
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely flat for the two weeks we were in London. The location was perfect for me because I wanted somewhere close to where my son's family live in Hackney. Although we had some very cold weather, I was delighted to find how warm and cosy the flat was, and how very much at home we felt. The transport was so convenient to get into the city and we enjoyed the vibrant local area with its markets and parks. I would certainly like to stay there again the next time I visit London.

I really enjoyed staying at Holly's. The place was clean and spacious. It's quite easy to get around as it's just around the corner from Hackney Central train station, which is about 3 stops to Tube interchange at Highbury/Islington, which took me straight to the West End (oxford circus etc) via the Victoria line. There's a bus stop right in front of the building and one across, which takes me straight to my favourite area - Shoreditch/Hoxton.
The flat is well stocked with everyone you need, and with two bathrooms you can never go wrong. I would definitely stay there again!
