Ballet Barre & Dance technique exercises to tone, energize & strengthen the body & mind. Fluidity & Agility exercises, stretches, and joint/feet activation are implemented, including corework. Both short, repetative, isometric movements AND full range of motion, deep stretching sensations are exercised.

Deep Cleansing Breathwork for Purification
Simple, repetitive premodern dance sketches that are inspired by the motion of Nature, Greek Mythology, and femininity. For the Woman who wants to embody the Sacred Feminine and Express the Art of Classic Beauty, she becomes the Strength of Grace in poetic motion. Tunics and flowers are offered to adorn the body and classical music is implemented.

Ecstatic Dance:
Begin with a warmup at the barre to stretch the body and elevate energy. Move into facilitated dancing patterns that inspire Joy, freedom, connection, and transformation in the body. Equally explore non-guided dancing, by losing your self in the high energy, world music.Wear workout or yoga attire.

Guests have practically the entire property to enjoy!
guests mainstay is in a private suite and bath accompanied with a private porch, private relaxation garden lounge and fire pit area, closets, and kitchenette. Guests are invited to use the common spaces like the Relaxation Lounge, Yoga Therapy Studio, Dining Room, and Main Kitchen.
Under the exception that I am giving a treatment in the yoga therapy space, I would ask you to refrain from being in that same space until the session is over and to not cook in the common kitchen for that 90mins. I will inform you prior to, so we could coordinate if that ever happened but I generally avoid booking yoga therapy sessions when guests are present and make my availability for you priority but rarely there are exceptional cases.

Other things to note

House Cat: Rainbow Joy Marie is the mascot of The Breathing Space Wellness House and luxuriates mostly all day in the gardens and porch. She sleeps indoors in my own private domain and she periodically takes cat naps in the bay window where common space is located. The cat never has access to your Private Master Suite. IF YOU PREFER TO NOT SEE THE CAT INDOORS AT ANY TIME, JUST INFORM ME AND I WILL ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS!
