There is hiking right to the Massanutten trail. Property borders George Washington National Forrest so you can hike right to a trail that leads to Milford gap, an intersection of the Massanutten Trail near Veach gap.

Please be careful on trails in the forrest some fallen trees may be in the way.

Please do not rent or buy movies if any movie streaming services are logged in on the TV.

If you plan on hunting please let me know and we will give you permission via messaging so you have a record of it. Tree stand on property- always be safe when using it.

If riding ATVs on the property please be careful in rocky areas and always wear the proper safety equipment.

A property trail map is provided, when hiking or riding please do not venture onto other private properties.

Fire wood for stove and bonfires is provided on site. Please keep outdoor fires in the metal fire ring located near the exit of the basement.

There are misquito/gnat hats that are available to use. Please place them in the laundry basket after use.

Please note:
The road leading up to the home is a little steep near the end. If you have front wheel drive, keep moving and use caution when driving since the road is gravel. Turn off traction control if you have it.
The entrance to the driveway is level, however about 100 yards up to 30 yards from the driveway is steep. You will make a sharp left turn about 3/4 mile up Mountain Slope Lane then you will be headed up the steepest part before it levels out near the entrance to the driveway.

No need to make beds, we change the linen after every guest.
