This is a lovely apartment and Anne-Sophie is a great host. We were 3 colleagues in Gent for a conference, occupying 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We all had lots of space and the apartment has all the appliances and conveniences for extended stays. it is located on the edge of the old town and we enjoyed walking to the conference each morning along the river, as well as coming home and relaxing at the end of the day.
The apartment came with information and maps for getting around and Anne- Sophie was also available with tips when asked.
Anne Sophie was a great host! Upon our arrival she gave us a nice bottle of red wine and gave us a tour of the flat. It was beautifully decorated with modern and antique furniture. Loved all the windows and the light! We came with our bikes and she allowed us to use her garage!
A huge plus! She gave us tips to local markets and made dinner reservations for us. Ghent is a beautiful city with lots to do and her flat is located in the center of it all!!! She even made a tart and gave it to us! It was devine! I can't wait to come back next year!
Thank you Anne Sophie for making us feel at home.
