A self-contained studio apartment with separate access from the main house giving total privacy for guests. Perfect for people starting their journey on The West Highland Way, or for those looking for a relaxing trip. The property is roughly a 15 minute walk from Milngavie train station/ transportation can be provided if required. Country environment but also a very accessible place as trains go directly to the centre of Glasgow and Edinburgh from here.A travel cot is available .

The space
Purpose build garden flat. Reasonably sized studio with all amenities needed. Cosy, warm space for guests to relax. Tea/coffee, milk and continental breakfast supplies, will be provided. There is off street private parking for your car.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the patio/ garden area. There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage opposite which can be used if necessary.

Other things to note
We have a fence separating the studio from the main house. The garden flat is newly renovated and is modern and comfortable. There is a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen space is small and includes kitchen utensils, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and induction hob.There is no oven access. There is a shower room , with toiletries.A travel cot, high chair are available for an infant. A zed bed can be provided for an older child.
