For safety of our guests and ourselves, the apartment is unavailable for booking a day after every reservation so it can be ventilated properly for 24h after every guest, properly cleaned and disinfected according to the regulations. All surfaces are sanitized, double checked and inspected after cleaning. You will have access to cleaning/disinfectant supplies during your stay.

The space
This new and modern apartment is cozy enough to host four people, it's fully air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment.

It is located on the perfect point when it comes to getting around Split: it is situated on the city entrance, close to the Diocletian's palace, Joker shopping mall, as well as a local supermarket and a café.

If you are looking for your own little hideout, this is just the place for you!


The apartment is located on the second floor of a small public building (the stairs number to the apartment is 50). It consists of:
- kitchen
- dining area
- seating area
- bedroom
- bathroom
- walk in closet (functional little room where you can leave your luggage and it can also be used as a business area).

The whole place is air-conditioned and there is also floor heating in the bathroom. If you are are arriving by car, you shouldn't worry about parking as you can find a public parking (for free) in front of the building, another one right next to it and a couple of more inside the neighbourhood, which makes it just a couple of minutes of a walk.

Getting around is also quite easy as you have a bus station right next to the building, which is connected both with city centre and surrounding area. You can call for Uber or Cammeo in front of the building and they can take you anywhere for really good prices. Feel free to contact me for assistance with getting around, I'd be happy to help.

Also, in the apartment you can find a water machine which is at your disposal, but I would like to note that tap water in Split is good for drinking so the choice is on you and depending on what you prefer.

I am retired as I reached these beautiful "middle" years so I am always available for you if you need anything. I used to work as midwife so I spent all of my life working with people, which I enjoy dearly.
