Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
Quaint, homely, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

The space
Bright and spacious self-contained loft room. Small en-suite wet room with combined WC. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, choice of coffee makers, two electric hobs and microwave. Tea and real coffee and continental breakfast is provided. Soft towels. Toiletries included. Comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress for an excellent nights sleep. Four duck down pillows and duvet, unless man-made requested. Smart HD ready Freeview television with Netflix. Unlimited WiFi. Unrestricted heating and air conditioning unit in the summer. Clothes steamer, ironing board and iron.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the pretty private garden which you are welcome to share with us. Smoking is permitted on the patio area where you may meet our friendly Bengal cat. We also have a whippet but if dogs aren't your thing then please just let us know and we can ensure you don't meet her.

Other things to note
We offer a complimentary breakfast of bread with butter and jams and cereal. We also supply tea, coffee and milk. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know as we are very happy to accommodate these. There is free on street car parking.
The space is thoroughly cleaned between every visit and we use antibacterial products to ensure that all the surfaces are safe and Covid-19 free.

You will be staying on the site of the old dairy barn where locals came for fresh milk straight from the cow and the cowman slept in the same building! Under the ground are two hidden wells and the courtyard. Directly opposite is a small woodland, once forming part of King Henry VIII's hunting grounds and where we still have the right to graze animals! 18th century Marneys Village Inn is 5 mins walk away opposite a pretty pond. Behind are two houses dating from the 17th century and in the land opposite is a depression from an old pond and a bomb dropped in WWII! A 5 minute drive away is Hampton Court plus many antique shops, cafes and pubs with lovely walks along the River Thames and Bushy Park. Come and explore the hidden history of Thames Ditton and Weston Green.
