Take over the main floor of my cozy and spacious 1950`s split level home in West Seattle, the house/apt. is completely private. I am always available in the basement apt. to help with any questions you may have
(URL HIDDEN)Turn in with Queen sized beds in private bedrooms. Enjoy full access to the rest of the apartment, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom and outside deck at your service. The neighborhood is sleepy residential and safe. Parking is free off street or in the driveway in front of the house.
All toiletries and linens are provided. If requested linens can be changed once a week for guests staying longer than one week.
(URL HIDDEN)Coffee and tea are provided for you to brew yourself a cup to get your day off to a great start.
There are several Metro buses just a short walk from the front door to take you anywhere in Seattle or surrounding area you plan to visit, plus there is also a free shuttle off of SW Admiral Way to take you down to the Alki waterfront or water taxi that takes you across the sound to the attractions on the Seattle waterfront and downtown Seattle.
Save money on your trip by shopping at 3 Supermarkets within walking distance ( see guidebook button upper right corner of this page ), so you can prepare your own meals in the kitchen.
There are many restaurants, shops and bars on California Ave SW or down on Alki Ave along the waterfront for an enjoyable evening out. For entertainment the Admiral Theater is just around the corner on California Ave SW as well as Hiawatha Park with tennis courts, track and ball fields if that`s your pleasure.
It`s a somewhat short hike down the hill to Alki Beach Park and the waterfront.

Guests have access to off street parking , furnished apartment, full kitchen and deck in back. Keyless entry.
Interaction with Guests
Off season rates are now in effect through the end of February 2015, March 1st through the end of May will be standard rates and June through mid September will be peak season rate.
It`s very safe, quiet and family oriented with friendly neighbors and close to public transportation and downtown. Plus all the necessities are close by and it`s close to the waterfront.
My main rule is that you have a great stay!
In addition, please no smoking, drugs or heavy drinking in the house, please smoke outside on the back deck.
I will allow a small dog, the reason I did not ad pets in the amenities is because some folks may want to bring cats and I`m allergic to cats unfortunately because I think they`re awesome to.
Please respect quiet time from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM in the house.
Maintaining the bedrooms and common areas during your stay will be your responsibility. Please unplug all small appliances after your done using them.
You may invite a small group of friends or family to visit you during your stay.
