Our house is located at 23 km from Curtea de Arges, on the road Transfagarasan (DN7C) in the village called Capataneni. Our manor is the Memorial House of George Stephanescu, my great-grandfather who was the founder of the Romanian Opera, it was build on 1873 by the architect Victor Stephanescu who was the eldest son of George Stephanescu. We have 5 bedrooms, two bathroom, one extra toilet, full eqquiped kitchen with store room and 10,000sqm of garden with, perfect for 4 family's with children.
