Located within a 7-minute drive or 2$ for Taxi to the center of city
The Ethe Reum is on An Duong Vuong St, the main road of Dist 5 which is conjacent with Dist 1. Many local restaurants and street food shops at night are very closed to us.
Please Note, there are two B towers in my area, we’re on B Tower OFFICE. Make sure you check the check-in instruction to check-in automatically
The space
The Ethe Reum has
- 1 queen bed
- 1 sofa bed so can accommodate up to 3 people.
The bedroom is full of light and airy thanks to its large windows. Our bed is super comfy with a microfiber topper and fluffy pillows.
Luxury interior design with huge screen TV and sound system, A/C, air purifier and refreshing rain showers are provided to give the best of your stay.
This is the perfect place to relax after your day of exploring the city. We're sure that you will love it seeing the bedroom by your own eyes.

The apartment's spacious living room is great places for socializing with others.
The Sky Swimming pool on 7th Floor and its free access for guests and Everrich citizens.

The KITCHEN AREA:
-NOT Allow to cook the complex foods
-ALWAYS empty the trash everyday if u stay longer. I am deeply appreciate if u can respect my place and consider it like your home.
Other service:
- Has Landry service in the building, just call and they can pick up door to door or at the reception.
- Sim card and data card with local price are also available on the desk if u wanna buy.
Other things to note
I will need to take a photo of your ID card or passport for the government procedure and give it back immediately
When you book, An instruction will send to you like Key Code Lock, Map - how to access the Builidng, etc.
Wifi password and House Rules were sticked on the house DOOR.

Or Grab Taxi- U have to log in by phone number. Make sure u have a sim card first then get an Apps and book Grab. The fee is cheaper than Taxi.
3. Late check in ? what time we can check in?
Absolutely YES for late check-in. Cz Ethe Reum use the key code to access automaticly, and the instruction i will let u know when u already got instant Book.
4. Can we left the luggage before check in time?
- YES. U can left your luggage in my friend studio which next to my Apartment. Pls note, take your important belonging with you. Thanks
5. Where should i place the keycard when i check-out?
- Pls place it on the Table at the kitchen area.
6. All of the Infomation about the TOURS, or famous or signature traditional restaurants, street food market, shopping mall address list will be sent to you.
7. Can i access the sound system?
-YES. ADELE with HELLO song always welcome you.
8. Where is the pool sky? Can i access it? What is the opening-closing time ?
- The pool is located on 7th of tower A. And its free to access the pool from 6AM to 9PM.i
( closed every Monday for cleaning)

As a travel-holic and know exactly what a passenger wanna want when u travel to other country which that is a "must- be clean room" So that i think ab 1 "whitening" place to host for someone from other countries to travel in my city, in my country - Vietnam. From bed drap, blanket and pillow cover. I always choose the host that use the white color. Therefore my studio is kind of all white color :))))))))) cz it will make impress not only the decoration but also the cleanliness of the studio is.
And the Ethe Reum was the 1st project that i wanna you to experience it. Some of my customers already asked me ab the name of the studio and the meaning of Ethe Reum. But seem to be clear for anyone in crypto community will recognize it immediately when the saw the name and give a compliment ab the Ethe Reum Name. Kakakaka as they said: how brilliant the name is, and ur studio is truly as attractive and curious as Eth is :))))
