Interaction with Guests
I will usually be at the office from 10am-6pm during the week, but occasionally work from home. When I'm home, I'm down to hang out, recommend places to check out, etc.
This apartment is right on Bedford Ave in Williamsburg, quite arguably the hippest neighborhood in NYC right now. You'll be in short walking distance from some of the best bars, restaurants and events around, to name a few: Brooklyn Brewery, Smorgasburg, Brooklyn Bowl and The Knitting Factory.
The apartment is also half a block from the Williamsburg bridge, which you can walk or ride a bike easily into Downtown Manhattan.
The Marcy JMZ and Bedford L train stops are both 1 stop away from Manhattan (~15 minutes). You can ask me for directions and travel recommendations.
From the apartment, by train:
Lower east side - 15mins
Chinatown - 15mins
Union Square - 20 mins
Times Square - 30 mins
Central Park - 40 mins
Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) - 40 mins
Metropolitan Museum of Art - 45 mins
Museum of Natural History - 45mins
Be considerate of the space, roommates, and neighbors. No smoking inside the apartment (feel free to use the balcony).
Great location, clean tidy and modern feel. Very nice bagel shop just around the corner for a perfect breakfast.
The pictures were very accurate! The room was a bit small with little closet space, but we were content with our stay. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and within walking distance to the subway lines. Jasmine was a great host. It was easy to get a hold of her, and she was accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out times. I would definitely come back when the New York weather is warmer!
Jasmine was great!. The apartment was just as described. It is simple, and all that you need. The neighborhood is excellent and fun. Easy to get to Manhattan or other places.
My first time with AirBnB. Great experience. Jasmine has a great place and is was accommodating to my timeline. The place was clean and neat. She offered great local recommendations. She was around but my schedule didn't allow us to interact much.
Jasmine was an outstanding host! She was very flexible with our arrival time and was there to greet us and show the place around. Our room was great and the rainfall shower was very cool. Bed was soft. My girlfriend and I both prefer a harder bed, but if you like soft pillow-tops, you won't be disappointed.
Jasmine was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions in detail. I appreciated her effort to make me feel at home. The space is exactly how it appears in the pictures - very clean and tidy. I very much enjoyed my stay in Jasmine's apartment. Also - the neighborhood is is very safe! There are some awesome restaurants to eat at within walking distance.
Jasmine is a very laid-back host. She made it very easy for us to check in and check out, also allowing for some wiggle room as our flights in and out do and exactly coincide with The check-in and checkout times. her apartment is very close to all of the great shopping in Williamsburg. There were also a lot of really great restaurants to eat close by. It was easy to travel from the apartment to Manhattan by train, and also very easy to take a taxi back and forth which we didn't quite often as well. all in all Jasmine was very accommodating and I would stay there again.

Hi! I'm a young, outgoing and down-to-earth technologist working at a food startup. I love art, beer and video games. I'm on here to make best use of when my roommate or I are out of town, but also to meet awesome people with equally cool spaces on my travels.
I've been living in Williamsburg for a year now and am happy to offer recommendations for the best place for food, drinks, music, and more. I'm also born and raised in NYC and can give you any subway or travel directions you need.
