Besides our routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.

We have added rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that all surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants. In guest rooms. We will also be placing disinfecting wipes or hand sanitizer for guests’ personal use.

Little cottage by the Pine tree is a quaint, air conditioned and well appointed space with private access & entrance. The cottage is detached but on shared property with a larger main house in the front. Exterior spaces are common areas please be mindful while using the outdoor space. Deck seating area attached to the main house is not for use.

The neighborhood
, Croissant Park is one of Fort Lauderdale’s Oldest and safest neighborhoods. We have several historic homes, some over a 100 years which can often look run down to some or charming to others. Majority of our community members are the elderly and families. It is perfectly safe to walk here.

The cottage has a large bathroom with a walk in shower. Toiletries & towels are provided for guests as well as a hair dryer.

A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator & microwave are also available for guests to use. Coffee & tea is complimentary.

A dining space is also available to guests and a desk for work space.

One parking space is available for guests.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella also available for use!

**Strictly non-smoking** any kind of smoke detection at check out will carry a $$ penalty against your security deposit.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to smoke outside, strictly no smoking or vaping permitted inside. Please dispose off cigarette debris properly.
