At our Private Suite in Sunset Hill, we strive to make our guests feel relaxed, pampered and completely at home. From our crisp white linens and fluffy towels, to the soft blue and green hues of the room decor, our hope is for our guests to feel like they're stepping into a cozy retreat. Our guests regularly appreciate the level of cleanliness of the Suite and it is certainly something we take great pride in before welcoming each and every guest.

The space
Located in Sunset Hill, the quietest area of Ballard, our guest suite offers peaceful seclusion just minutes from the bustling activity of downtown Ballard. Our guest suite, which is furnished very much like a hotel room and consists of a comfortably sized bedroom and en suite bathroom, has a private entrance, covered patio area, and convenient access to plentiful street parking. It has full sized windows (and is not a basement unit, which is often the case with Seattle Airbnbs), allowing in an abundance of warm afternoon sunlight and a pleasant view of the peaceful Sunset Hill neighborhood. The private entry directly fronts the street (no walking around to the back of the house or through a yard) and allows our guests to feel secluded. We envision our Airbnb to be much like a hotel room which includes a queen sized bed, television with Netflix and Disney+, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, lounge chair, desk, central AC (not commonly available in Seattle homes) and heat, and high speed wifi. Street parking is abundant in our neighborhood and is typically available directly in front of the Airbnb for easy and convenient access.

Other things to note
~ You may appreciate that, unlike most Airbnbs, our check-out requirements are similar to hotel accommodations (i.e. we don't ask you to take out trash, wash dishes, gather linens, etc.). We want to make sure you are able to spend more time and energy enjoying your visit!

~ We strive to make our Airbnb as comfortable as possible and that includes minimizing noise disturbances. We have two young boys and they, as typical for their age, can be noisy at times but please know that we are consistently vigilant and alert to excessive noise and make every effort to minimize this. We have incorporated features such as adding sound insulation between the common wall as well as having a thick double door for the common door between the suite and the remainder of our home.
