I booked the apartment for my parents who spent 5 days in Rome. Teresa has been a lovely host, extremely helpful to give my parents the hints and tips they needed. The apartment was clean and completed with all the kitchen facilities to prepare your meal.
By chance, two couples of friends decided to join my parents and Teresa kindly arranged for them the other two rooms so they ended up renting the whole Teresa's apartment. The apartment is very well located, closed to the rail station and at a walkable distance from the most iconic places you can dream of.
I would definitely rent Teresa's apartment for myself and suggest it to anyone who wants to spend few days in the very heart of Rome.
Assolutamente consigliata
Great apartment in a perfect location. Close walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and more. Very clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. So nice of her to leave breakfast items - bread, jam, small pastries. Such a nice touch! The terrace on the roof was awesome and had a great view of Rome and the Colosseum. Close to a couple metro stops. Had a maps on the front table which was also a nice touch and very helpful.
Had a slight issue with checking in - she said to ring a certain intercom but the name she told me to ring was not listed on the intercom (or it was illegible) so I had to use my US cell phone to try and get in touch with Teresa or the girl who works with her. After a few minutes the girl let us in and all worked out but hopefully Teresa will get better check-in instructions.
Other than that Teresa was great to work with, communication was awesome and the apartment as great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
This apartment is perfectly situated for exploring historic Rome. The Colosseum and Forum are only minutes away on foot and the apartment itself is clean, bright and secure. Great cafes and restaurants are only steps away.
We had a small miscommunication upon our arrival that had us waiting at the door for 20 minutes and unable to reach anyone at the provided numbers, but an associate of Teresa's eventually met us and we were able to check in. But that's a minor quibble. Our experience was otherwise excellent and we would not hesitate to stay again.
Teresa was friendly to deal with and responded quickly to messages prior to our trip. Recommended!
We enjoyed our three night stay here. The room and bathroom were very clean and tastefully furnished. It is a good base from which to explore the historical centre of Rome on foot, being close to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Excellent value for the location!
The location is great - we felt like we were right in the centre of historic Rome with beautiful cobbled streets and quaint, local restaurants. It was within walking distance to all the famous attractions. Communication with Teresa was very good and easy.
We had a perfect time at this B&B! The room looked exactly like the one on the picture and the roofterrace was just perfect to relax with a nice Italian wine after a whole day of walking around in this beautiful city.
Ideal location too with a metrostation 5 minutes walking from your door and a lot of famous places like the Colloseum and the Trevi Fountain within walking distance.
The communication towards our stay and in Rome itself was also very clear and helpful and the little extras like the delicious biscuits and yoghurt at our arrival were the icing on the cake.
Thanks for having us Teresa and we will definitely go back to this place if we're again in Rome :).
A beautiful apartment with a fantastic location. Although we didn't meet Teresa in person, she was incredibly helpful in making sure we were met when we first got there with good directions on finding the apartment, and she ordered a very nice car for us to get back to the airport after our stay We highly recommend this apartment.
This was an amazing apartment for our stay in Rome. Teresa offers a spacious, clean room, private bathroom, and shared kitchen with traditional Italian snacks. The location is perfect, just North of the Colosseum and very close to the Cavour Metro stop. Many of the historic sites and nearby areas like the Jewish Ghetto and Trastavere are within walking distance. It the perfect accommodation for a few days or full week's stay!
This apartment is in a pretty good location, close to the Cavour metro stop (one station from Termini), and you're within walking distance of a lot of sights. We stayed in the bigger room, and there was a private bathroom (large by Italian standards) with a separate door with a key that locks to our area. The kitchen was communal, but we never saw the other people staying in the other room. The fridge had some yogurt and milk and drinks in there, and the kitchen had some pastries and tea and coffee for breakfast. It was a nice touch, though if you're used to eating a hearty breakfast, you'll need to go out and find it. (That being said, it's Italy so there's no shortage of good food, right outside). Giusy met us upon arrival and gave us the tour and run-down of information, all in all it was an easy stay!
