Rest, relax and rejuvenate in this peaceful 2-floor oceanfront condo with private beach access. Watch the sunset, crashing surf or migrating whales from the west-facing private deck & drink your morning coffee or tea from the east deck looking at the Neskowin Hills. Cozy up & light a fire in the wood-burning fireplace, no beach wood please. You can cook a meal in the fully-stocked kitchen or walk to the Café or Neskowin Trading Post for a meal.

The space
This top floor (second floor) unit has two decks and ocean views from the living room, kitchen and decks. The kitchen is fully-stocked, and the unit has both WIFI and ROKU TV. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. No smoking, no cable TV or pets. Roku streaming available.

There is one reserved parking space, plus overflow parking. The entire second floor unit and both decks are reserved for your private use.

Neighborhood highlights

The Chelan is a historic landmark in Neskowin Village, 14 miles north of Lincoln City and 10 miles south of Pacific City. Beautiful Neskowin Beach is miles long, stretching from the Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock to the mouth of Nestucca Bay to the north. The beach is accessible from private access steps in front of the Chelan or from a public path a block away. The famous Café on Hawk Creek and the Trading Post Marketplace are a short stroll away. You can take a hike at Cascade Head (20 minutes drive) or at Cape Lookout State Park (35 minutes drive) or play a few rounds of golf at Neskowin Beach Golf Course. Take a drive along Three Capes Scenic Drive or canoe and kayak in the Salmon River or the estuary of the Nestucca Bay. Take a workshop at the nearby Sitka Center for Art and Ecology (May--Oct).
