The space
Perched on the SECOND FLOOR, our home offers a private entry and scenic back porch overlooking the lush rainforest—a perfect spot to relax or recharge after an active day.
The house features 3 air-conditioned BEDROOMS, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The living and dining rooms flow seamlessly to the BACK PORCH, inviting you to savor the serene forest views.
Enjoy the natural ventilation from open windows or cool off with the AC after exploring nearby TRAILS and WATERFALLS. Whether you're lounging in a cozy nook or gearing up for your next outdoor thrill, our retreat is your base for unforgettable escapades.
The SMALL bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed good for 2 persons. The LARGE bedroom has 2 DOUBLE beds good for 4 persons, and the MASTER bedroom has 1 QUEEN sized bed good for 2 persons. The MASTER bedroom has its own EN SUITE bathroom, and there is a bathroom at the end of the hallway for sharing.
The fully-equipped KITCHEN is ready for your culinary adventures, and POTABLE tap water makes life easy. It comes with basic appliances, pots, pans, etc. good for a group of 8. There’s a stove for cooking, and a rice cooker as well.

Our Hillside Nest is your PRIVATE HOME FOR the duration of your stay. This 3-bedroom apartment has all the amenities that cater to family and friends and more. It also comes with its own dedicated CARPORT where you may park your vehicle.
The BEDROOMS have ultra-comfy beddings with ample pillows. Top-quality towels are provided for each guest.
Wake up to the delight of a complimentary SELF-SERVE BREAKFAST. Indulge in home-made SOURDOUGH bread, fresh FRUIT, fresh EGGS, calamansi JUICE, locally-sourced ARABICA & ROBUSTA coffee, and a comforting bowl of chocolate porridge or CHAMPORADO. The water is POTABLE, and most residents drink from the tap.
The BATHROOMS have excellent water pressure and a centralized hot and cold water system.
Lose yourself in the living room with our favorite BOOKS AND GAMES, or find solace in the two-person HAMMOCK at the balcony, ready to carry your burdens away. Binge-watch on NETFLIX, or browse through some of our all-time favorites in a flash drive attached to the TV.
This Nest is equipped with FIBER internet. Because we live in such a woody area, sometimes our internet connection is disconnected by MONKEYS or falling trees.
There are also a couple of CONVENIENCE stores in the village, and one is close enough to walk to.

DISCOUNTS
Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day!
DAYTIME GUESTS
We charge a daytime guest fee of P500 per guest. Please let us know if you will be entertaining guests in our Nest.
DOGS
Tedd and Pepper, our energetic labradoodles sometimes live upstairs in our Tuki Nest, which we also rent on AirBNB.
CATS
When the dogs are not around, there are some stray cats that hang around the property.
NOISE
The Tuki Nest floors are made of wood, with only a small space separating them from your ceiling, so you will most likely hear the guests or the dogs walking around up there sometimes.
Our neighbors may get loud at night. No noise is allowed past 10pm. If that happens, please let us know, so we can alert the village security guards.
REBOOKING
In line with our firm cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay.
CLEANING AND SHEET CHANGES
In our effort to reduce unnecessary use resources, cleaning and sheet changes are conducted every 3 days for longer stays. Should you want your sheets to be changed daily, this can be arranged for an extra cleaning fee.
