The Space

Located in the best zone in Miraflores, with three bedrooms(the main with closet and full bathroom with shower included inside bedroom and queen size bed, TV LCD and DVD, and the others two bedrooms with real bed, closet and TV LCD with DVD) , two additional bathroom with shower, one in the first floor for two bedrooms and one in the second floor. Living room and dinner room, kitchen with complete accessories and equipments, family rooms with TV LCD 46" and DVD-blu ray and home theater, BBQ, outside jacuzzi(without heater), terrace with big table and chairs and office for three positions and gym, this room can be adapted as additional room if our guest required one for 7 people with additional cost or additional room for less people that require individual rooms.
Phone wireless in two levels(three equipments), Tv cable and internet (WIFI). Service area with laundry and dryer.

  • Jose provided great follow up for every issue and enable a good start to our Peru vacation. We like being close to the heart of Miraflores, yet away from all the traffic and noise. The penthouse proved to be the favorite hang location for the family.

  • Jose was a wonderful host, the penthouse was a treat and a perfect place for our family to stay while in Miraflores. The location is walking distance to the mall (closest grocery store) and near the ocean, and fantastic restaurants. Great value and safe with the front desk guard.

  • This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and the reason I returned is because it is a great apartment!! It is centrally located, clean spacious and comfortable. Having said that,I must still give a poor overall rating as upon my return my host Jose tried and is trying to charge me more than $225 USD for items missing, things like spoons and forks and used sheets, as if I traveled to Peru for used household items and in addition is saying that I am responsible to fix a broken clothes dryer I never even used!! The only thing we were guilty of was playing music too loud on the stereo in the apartment ( Which we immediately turned down when we were asked ). I was very disappointed with my hosts accusations as we ( and our guests ) were well behaved at all times and even mopped and cleaned before we left the apartment. If our host feels he is missing a few knives and forks and some used sheets, perhaps he should purchase some new ones and chalk it up to the cost of doing business with many tenants and over time items go missing rather than accusing his guests of theft and vandalism. Again, the apartment is lovely but after our last experience, we will not be returning.
