The space
Beautifully landscaped ranch home with high ceilings and natural light. A covered patio where bunnies and birds are often seen. Heated floors in the master bath, whole house water softener and a tankless water heater ensures no cold showers. Full size washer/dryer. A Keurig and Breville oven compliment the kitchen. Make some popcorn and have a "movie night" with access to over 2500 Blu Ray/DVD titles.

The Sunrise neighborhood is a little over 20 years old, a close knit community that looks out for each other, where a wave can turn into a 20 minute "chat" in a blink. A diverse mix of empty nesters and growing families are out tending to their yards and jogging or walking when the sun is out.

My wife and I are going into our 4th year of hosting on Airbnb, and we still look forward to putting smiles on our guests faces!
I often refer to myself as a 'jack of all trades, master of none'. A nightwalker (translation, work nights & sleep days), that has many hobbies. Home renovation projects, reef aquarium keeping, building computers, flying drones. I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling, and our "pizza & movie night" in our home theater.
