Pleasant neighborhood situated near Iowa State University campus. Perfect for attending ISU events, including football and basketball games. Walking distance to football stadium, CY Stephens, Hilton Coliseum, Scheman, soccer field, softball field, Memorial Union, Campustown, Reiman Gardens and more! Outside parking for four vehicles.

The space
This is a great place for Cyclone fans, Parents of ISU students, Visiting ISU scholars and business people.

This pleasant property is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the ISU campus. The home has been newly renovated to include a spacious kitchen with all new appliances; other features include:
- fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans, with service for eight
- a cozy dining area
-sleeps 5 adults in 3 bedrooms (2 queens/1 twin) plus 2 floor mattresses for kids
- 3 bathrooms
-3-season porch
-comfortable living room; HDTV (but no cable programming is provided); wifi; piano
-washer/dryer; iron/ironing board; hair dryer
-fenced-in backyard; The backyard is a great place for small kids' activities. Gas grill is available but BYO-LPG :) (in case ours is empty!)
-off-street parking for four vehicles

Other things to note
1. Our home is not "child-proofed." There are 2 open stairways and exposed electrical sockets. Children are welcome, but parents should be aware of these hazards.
2. The 2nd floor Master bedroom does not have a separate thermostat. Therefore, we have left a fan for your use on warm days, and blankets for your use on cooler days.
