Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed for 2, a living room with a sofa (where a child or small person can sleep), a dining table with 3 chairs, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen.

It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Guests enjoy a private entrance to the newly remodeled apartment, which is ready for you to relax and enjoy. Feel free to email me with any questions.

The space
Centrally located to all that Ithaca has to offer, you'll enjoy your own bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The small kitchen includes a sink, a small fridge, a microwave, a stove/oven, a small food prep counter, and a coffeemaker. The space is bright, and the living room has been newly remodeled.

Guest access
You will receive a door code at about 11 a.m. on your check-in day. You can then arrive any time after check-in. A ledge on the inside lets you lock the door.

We often get asked how to lock the door from the outside: You need to enter the door code and then turn the knob to the left.

Please note that you have your own unit, but the owner lives on the first floor.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in from 4 pm onward and check-out by 10 am.
Flexibility is possible upon request.

NO SMOKING inside the property, or outside the property (including front or back garden, fire pit area, parking, hot tub).

WE ARE UNABLE TO HOST ANIMALS:
Due to allergies, we are unable to host animals. If you inadvertently arrive with an animal, please understand that we will need to cancel at the last minute. Please accept my apology for this unfortunate situation.

Note that we are beautifying the kitchen, which will remove the washing machine after 1 September 2024.
