*_*Guest suite Room & Bathroom. Private entrance with smart lock, full bath with small 1 person corner shower, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, 55" Roku TV, couch and comfortable bed. The guest suite is medium sized 300 total sq ft & comes with everything you need for a 1-28 night stay. 15 mins to downtown Knox., .Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge 45min , 2.5 hrs Nashville, 3 hrs ATL. 100% of guest room decor is imported from Japan. Please remove shoes when entering the home.-

The space
Please note location: We are located 10 minutes off of Interstate 40/75 and far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a peaceful stay, but close enough to everything you need. The bed is a cozy and comfortable memory foam Queen bed. There is a chaise lounge for reading or relaxing and a twin floor mattress for a third person. The private attached bathroom is newly renovated with a small corner shower, sink and toilet. In the room you have a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker with provided coffee, tea and sugar. Microwave is provided in the room as well as salt, pepper, can opener, cork screw, and plastic eating utensils. You may also enjoy using the stone fire pit in the fenced back yard. There are 3 important house rules to note: 1) No 3rd party booking. This means you must book for yourself and not for someone else. 2) You must remove your shoes when entering the home 3) No smoking or vaping of any kind and no illegal drug use or weapons inside the guest suite. Violation of these rules could result in cancellation. There’s plenty of Safe subdivision/neighborhood parking in front of our house. The room is an attached suite to our home with private entrance. You will likely never see us unless we pass each other outside.

*For your security, our home features a Ring doorbell and security camera on the front door as well as a camera outside on the driveway. There are no cameras inside the Guest suite. Any attempt to disconnect or disable the doorbell or security camera will result in immediate termination of your stay..

If you're looking for downtown immediately off the interstate, this is not the place for you. We are located approximately 8-10 minutes off the main interstate highway in a quiet rural subdivision. There's fast food, sit down restaurants and mom and pop eatery's all within a 2-5 minute drive. there's 2 major grocery stores within 3-5 minutes and a Walmart 8 minutes away. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off here, And also bite squad and Uber eats as well as pizza hut and Papa John's deliver here.
