Beautiful studio apartment located in a historic apartment building in the Parkside neighborhood of Portland, ME.
Features a VERY SMALL bathroom, desk work area, queen bed, & free street parking. Professionally cleaned!
Two Blocks to Deering Oaks Park- great for summer farmers market, parades, play grounds, sport courts, and concerts. Short walking distance to the Old Port and Portland’s popular restaurant and art scene.

The space
The studio is located with in a 7 unit historic apartment building that we purchased in 2017and are renovated. The studio is on the 1st floor and has an entrance, a kitchen (but no stove/oven currently), a bathroom and a living & bedroom. Everything in the studio has been remodeled as of May - July 2018. Please let us know what you like and don’t like about it so we can make it even better!
Guest access
Guest will access the studio through the main entrance which is off of State Street. There is a digital main entrance and a digital lock for the Studio door!. A lock-box with a physical key is next to the Studio door in the event the digital lock malfunctions. The studio is completely private and is on the first floor.
Other things to note
The apartment is pet-friendly, however there is a $50 fee per pet. This payment is due before the trip and is payable through the AirBnB Resolution Center!
Please be aware that the bathroom is quite small yet cozy and can only accommodate one guest at a time!
For any guests that are staying in the winter months, the heat is fixed and set to 71 degrees. An electric space heater is provided in the apartment for any additional heat you may be accustomed to at home!

Neighborhood highlights
The Parkside Neighborhood is located immediately around Deering Oaks, a historic park officially established in 1879. Hadlock Field, home of the Portland Seadogs, roughly forms the southern border of the neighborhood. Parkside is incredible for walking the park, attending farmers markets, seeing concerts, watching seadogs games, hearing high school sports, running Back Cove, going to the Old Port, and enjoying Portland's popular restaurant and art scene.
