I'm pretty laid back for the most part. I do expect a certain level of cleanliness that should be maintained. Please don't spill any drinks or have any wild parties in the unit. Keep the floors clean and scratch free :). If you're a smoker please use the balcony.
This was my first experience with renting a unit through Airbnb and it could not have been better. All the uncertainty and hand wringing on my part was completely for not. My visit to Toronto staying at Zarrar's unit was perfectly flawless. Everything was as advertised; the unit was clean, all the additional bells and whistles were included (security, washer/dryer, dishwasher, towels, stove, oven, microwave, etc), and the location could NOT have been better; within 3 min walk to the Convention Centre, CN Tower and Aquarium. Zarrar was responsive (sometimes returning my IMs within minutes) and even stopped by the unit to drop off some dishwasher detergent half way through my stay. THIS is where I will stay the next time I am in Toronto. Bravo!
Stayed at Zarrar's apartment for a week. Excellent location as its central to all main tourist attractions. Zarrar met us on arrival and answered any questions we had during our stay. Always easy to contact and receive a response from. Apartment is just like description and photographs, and both the main bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Well appointed layout and kitchen made it easy to relax after a long day walking and sightseeing. Will stay again next time we visit.
Enjoyed my stay here. Zarrar was welcoming, and the check-in & check-out process was a breeze. Great location that is close to downtown, and the condo is very clean & comfortable. I'll definitely be staying there again in the future, recommended.
My second stay at Zarrar's was wonderful. Definitely feels like a home away from home. Really great communication. On top of that, the condo was spotless, exactly like how I remembered it from my last stay. Definitely will come back again.
Great apartment close to everything we needed. Apartment was clean & tidy no complaints at all!! Z was responsive and friendly, a pleasure to deal with!!
Pictures exactly represented what the apartment was like! We would stay again. We travelled to Toronto for a little stay-cation with our kids (aged 4 months and 2 years). The apartment was clean (except for a little dog poop on the balcony). Some of the walls looked like they could use a paint job soon, but nothing too bad. The carpet was reasonably clean in the bedroom. The linens smelled freshly washed and the bathroom was clean. My husband felt that the sectional pull out sofa wasn't the most comfortable, but it could have also been the two year old kicking him in his sleep.. so who knows?
There was enough living space for a suitcase, two strollers and then some.
Location wise it doesn't get much better. You are minutes away from some of the greatest resturants in Toronto, world renowned attractions and there is a huge grocery store with loads of good quality/healthy prepared food. We had two major criticism. 1. Figuring out the parking. Zarrar wasn't clear about it when asked other than to say it was available.
2. There is a building with a ridiculously bright sign a block away and it shines right in to the apartment all night. The curtains in the living space are black out curtains, so no issue there, but in the bedroom their are only vertical blinds. The light shines thru the slats. Better curtains in the bedroom would negate this issue.
All said we would definitely stay there again!

Hey guys! This business is new to me so be gentle. I promise that I'll do my absolute best to accommodate your needs as a host. I take your requests very seriously and respond to them as soon as I possibly can. I also live about 10 minutes from this condo so if you need me to help you with anything, don't hesitate.
Aside from my apparent graciousness, I love travelling, good food and great music. My favourite city in the world is Toronto (of course) but NYC is an extremely close second! Some of my favourite movies are Bravehart, The Departed, Superbad, and Casino. My favorite music is Jazz, Hippidy Hop, Indie and Latin (I know; mad consistent right?)
My life motto: SMILE. Things are always better when you just smile more. Not very complicated.
Hope you guys choose my place to stay, next time you're in town!
