*** Warm Private 5th Wheel Camper overlooking the Sunset Side of Wyoming Prairie. All the feels of camping. One thing to note is there is no running water or a working toilet, However!, you will have access to indoor plumbing a few steps away. Heat/Air, Refrige, Radio, Micro, propane oven and stove top. LOTS of Counter space. No greasy foods, BBQ on the Patio.
Pets OK (including Horse boarding). Check Pets in as a guest or $10 first $5 each after. Dog accidents $50, Cat $100! ZERO so far :) 😎

The space
Privacy and space and nothing but the sounds of birds, lots of birds including a Roosters, chickens clucking and Hawks squealing. Perfect for those looking for some isolation without dragging the entire kitchen and bedding out. Tent camping is hard, glam camping is easy breezy nice and pleasing! Please note the Jack Knife Sofa is 6ft long (longer than the Qn Bed) and width is less than a double bed. It's comfy cozy for 2 adults. The Dinette Bed is somewhat small but can easily accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. When a camper states sleeps 6, it's a bit deceiving but can be done if everyone is snuggly!

Guest access
There's a picnic table in the trees and close parking. There is also a large patio with a large gas grill to cook and enjoy your meals at. You'll enter thru the garage door right into a 1/2 bathroom. Showers are scheduled (*630-830 AM or PM) using the app or text messaging as shower use is contingent upon availability of the "in house" guests and hosts schedule. Something is always open, where is the question!
*Preferred shower times.

Other things to note
Be prepared to relax and have complete privacy in your space.
Checking out is easy! We only ask that you leave the camper just as you found it and please do not cook greasy foods in there, BBQ grill on the patio. Strip the bed sheets and leave on the bed or bring to the laundry area. Send a text or ring the doorbell for a more personal goodbye.

Quiet and dark at night. No city lights mucking up the star filled skies. Each ranchette has a minimum of 5 acres with a few grandfathered in (such as us) with 20-25 acres. Maintained gravel roads, close to the highway I-25 but zero traffic noise other than an occasional ambulance.

I was born in the 60's and it's where I like to stay in attitude, dress and decor. Steve's an old schooler and a real doggone cowboy and so we rode hard on both bikes and horses. We are quiet with a lot to say for the asking! Our home is western hippy chic shabby farm like with horses, chickens and wagtails. Catch me at sunrise doing yoga and I'd love it if you joined me so bring your mat or I'll loan you one! Yin/Vinyassa nothing to crazy unless you are advanced :) For solid check on us look at Last Chance Camp, Cheyenne on (Hidden by Airbnb) for reviews. I don't know why it took me so long to sign up here. Also, check Hip Camp for references. Thanks for considering and hope to see ya!
