Comfortable accomodation, friendly hosts and a lovely beach house. We were made to feel very welcome with our 8month old daughter. We enjoyed dinner with Julie and Jeremy and they gave us lots of good tips for our onward travels. Thanks for a yummy brekkie too :)
A fabulous hearty welcome in a beautiful home - great exchange of stories and we wish we booked to stay longer!! Appreciated the attention to detail in the room and loved sitting with the dogs in front of the fire....
Wow, this was our first Airbnb experience and it was awesome.
We stayed 2 nights with host Julie and Jeremy and had a fantastic time. It was a little cooler than Auckland when we arrived however Jeremy had the fire going the house was warm the ambiance outstanding. Kiwiana at its best. We joined Julie and Jeremy for a platter and wine for dinner totally relax and enjoying their company.
The bed is awesome the view from the bedroom out to the beach is outstanding. Loved everything about our short stay, it was absolutely perfect for us,
Julie and Jeremy are fantastic host,
We will definitly book again when next heading to Blenheim and we highly recommend The Beach House Rarangi to all airbnb travellers.
Especially overseas visitors looking for a true Kiwi experience
What a wonderful Airbnb experience! Great communication prior to arrival and upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest pups, Coco and Oakley, who instantly made us feel at home. Julie and Jeremy were great hosts who invited us to share an awesome meal with them and really allowed for us to get to know them and the area, adding to our comfort. Their house and our room were beautiful, the bed was comfortable and we loved the ocean views. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnbs (and we've been to quite a few all over NZ and the rest of the world). Can't thank Julie, Jeremy and the pups enough for a memorable time :)
We have just had the most wonderful experience staying with Julie and Jeremy at their wonderful home. Julie really thinks of the tiny little extras like leaving mint lemon water after a day at the wineries... had an amazing three days using their home as our base as we toured around the area... and then sharing great wine and food and heaps of stories with them and their dogs .... wonderful company ! Great new friends... we will always have a bed for you or your family in Auckland and in Tokarau! !! awesome homemade Granola breakfasts and wonderful eclectic art throughout their home really creates the perfect Beach House...look forward to meeting up again
We loved our stay with Julie and Jeremy. We were treated like old friends and are now new friends. The house, set on a beautiful beach, is comfortable and perfectly decorated for a beach house. We enjoyed our walk down to Monkey Bay on the afternoon we arrived. The best of both worlds with the beach and a short drive to the wineries of Marlborough. Even better was sharing the wine we'd bought over a bbq and great conversation in the evening. I will recommend The Beach House to anyone heading to NZ. The best Airbnb experience we've had accross the world. Thank you Julie and Jeremy.
Julie and Jeremy were both there to welcome me to this wonderful beachfront house. I was made to feel immediately very welcome. The room was lovely with a comfortable double bed that looked directly onto the beach. The separate, sole-use bathroom, was close by. I was invited to dinner that was substantial and tasty. (In exchange for 2 bottles of wine).
