Fabien a été extrêmement accueillant et s'est admirablement adapte à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ.
Il était chaleureux et nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise dans le studio.
Fabien is very nice. He gave us a big warm welcome. Everything was well prepared and the flat's location is great. We enjoyed our time there~
Studio conforme aux photographies et à la description, très bien situé à proximité de nombreux commerces et très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce studio.
We enjoyed the Paris break and we very much enjoyed the location of this accommodation. However we were disappointed that the description of the accommodation did not advise that it was a studio flat and the sleeping arrangement was sofa bed which we found very uncomfortable. We felt it was overpriced for what it was.
The accommodation lacked other small details which would have made it more hospitable, such as small toiletries and some advice from the owner about local restaurants and tips of what to visit in the areas.
The overall experience was positive but we need to emphasise that we expected a better standard for the price we paid.
Fabien was there to welcome us, although we arrived early in the morning. It is a sweet apartment, tiny but very cosy. We felt at home right away in this nice neighbourhood.
Unfortunately the host was not available when I arrived, he did provide good instructions however, the key was not in the designated place - so the cleaner came and let me in. The doors in the building are not marked so you need to be aware of which apartment it is.
The location is excellent and there are two metro stations within a 5-8 minute walk.
This is not a one bedroom apartment though - I should have realised by seeing the photos (there is no bedroom photo) - the couch in the photos is a foldout bed - this was unexpected to be honest (this is a studio apartment).
Also there was persistent water dripping from the water heater - which had I not had earplugs would have been very uncomfortable.
The neighbours are a bit noisy on a Saturday night and the street does get a few people running around. So to be honest, with the additional cleaning fees and air bnb fee I think for one night I would prefer to book a hotel.
I guess its a matter of if you want access to a small but functional kitchenette or a dedicated bed would help you decide.
