'Rosebud' is located in the Surrey semi-rural village of Tongham, within walking distance of the local pub and shopping parade. A further walk will take you into the quaint village of Seale. The Hogs Back Brewery is just up the road from our cottage. The tour of the brewery is a must for all beer lovers! Farnham and Guildford are within easy reach by car. You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.

The space
'Rosebud' has been lovingly converted into a modern dwelling whilst retaining the 17th Century features. Previously used as a donkey stable, the space now includes a shower room, kitchen area and lounge with a vaulted beam ceiling.
A pull-down bed and a mezzanine sleeping area enables the cottage to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Please note that the mezzanine level is accessible via steep steps that must be approached with care and will not be suitable for some guests and young children.

I run an Airbnb just outside Guildford with my family and two dogs. I am very proud of our cottage and garden and absolutely love hosting guests from all over the world.

Rosebud is self contained and, due to the lockbox, guests are able to arrive without interaction with us, the hosts. We live in the adjacent Rose Cottage and will be available to help you during your stay if needed but otherwise we will leave you to it.
