Enjoy the relaxing feeling of the water ,in some modern transparent & wooden furnitures, in a designed appartment full of light even on grey days. Just below the Stadium,5 min walk from the Gran via, 2 min from the Maritime Museum and 15 min from the Gugenheim walking along the river ! Enjoy Bilbao from its old port, have a nice drink on the river terasse bar. Well connected to the old town with the train station just behind, the tram just above or buses on the street.
The space
This little place is a relaxing & cosy little home decorated with taste where you can enjoy Bilbao from a different perspective. Olabeaga is a special neigborhood filled with old fisherman feelings and rests of the old times of the industrial city. Enjoy reading in the Bubble chair while looking at the water... And perfect if you like running or walking ( very nice along the river).

Everything can be used in the studio. There is a washing machine too.
Other things to note
You need to go and try the tipical local restaurant "La lonja" , just nearby the river to have a drink or fish dishes with locals, also to enjoy a drink on the river on this new deck-river-bar just down the house . Also having a run or a walk near by the river is just a must or having a walk to the different museums. The Opera is nearby the house also.

Olabeaga is full of charm, quiet, ( eventhow they are making works just in front the appartment = Sara Hadid designed a new island that will take place in a few years just in front of the house) with this feeling that you are out of Bilbao In Bilbao. The begining of the Gran via is 5 min walk.
